  • Pork tenderloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh green beans - 200 grams, trimmed
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the trimmed green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the green beans and pour in the soy sauce and red pepper flakes (if using).
  7. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
