- Pork tenderloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh green beans - 200 grams, trimmed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Spring onions - 2, chopped for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the trimmed green beans to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the pan, toss everything together, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
