- bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- green onions - 2, chopped
- gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- cooked rice - 2 cups
- cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- water - 2 tablespoons
- black pepper - to taste
- red chili flakes - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, gluten-free soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Return the cooked pork to the skillet. Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water. Mix everything well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the chopped green onions and red chili flakes to taste, stirring to combine.
