Steps
- Start by thinly slicing the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
