Ingredients
- Ground pork - 200 grams
- Chopped fresh chives - 50 grams
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Psyllium husk - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped chives, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour and psyllium husk. Gradually add water while stirring until a dough forms. Knead briefly until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle (about 3 inches in diameter) on a lightly floured surface.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the wontons into the boiling water in batches and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they float to the top and are cooked through.
- Remove the wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
