Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 200 grams
  • Celery - 150 grams
  • Carrot - 50 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. While the pork is marinating, wash and chop the celery, carrot, and red bell pepper into thin strips.
