Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Firm tofu - 150 grams, cubed
  • Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 inch, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chopped green onions - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork with 1 tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  6. Return the pork to the skillet, add the remaining gluten-free soy sauce and water, and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
