Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and julienned carrot, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet, then add the gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions, tossing everything together to combine well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through and allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve the stir-fry over cooked jasmine rice.
