- Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Green cabbage - 150 grams, shredded
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce (Halal) - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (Halal) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Spring onion - 1, chopped for garnish
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and season with black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and give it a final toss.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
