Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green cabbage - 150 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce (Halal) - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (Halal) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spring onion - 1, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and season with black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and give it a final toss.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
