Ingredients

  • Ground pork - 200 grams
  • Green cabbage - 100 grams, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Water - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped cabbage, minced garlic, grated ginger, green onion, coconut aminos, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour with the beaten egg and water to form a dough. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and roll each ball out into a thin circle on a floured surface, ensuring they are about 10 cm in diameter.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the pork and cabbage filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of water. Arrange the potstickers in the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown and the water has evaporated.
  6. Remove the lid and let the potstickers crisp up for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with additional coconut aminos for dipping.
