- Carrot - 50 grams, diced
- Green onions - 3, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Eggs - 2, beaten
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced carrot and shredded cabbage, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Push the pork and vegetable mixture to one side of the skillet, and add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the empty side.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked, then mix with the pork and vegetables.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir everything together, ensuring the rice is evenly coated, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and add the sliced green onions just before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
