Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 150 grams
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with cornstarch, salt, and pepper; let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add broccoli florets and julienned carrot to the skillet, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and add the cooked egg noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
