  • Soy sauce (Kosher) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cooked rice - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and the broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the broccoli. Add the water and sesame oil, stirring to combine everything well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
