- Pork tenderloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 200 grams
- Soy sauce (Kosher) - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cooked rice - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and the broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the broccoli. Add the water and sesame oil, stirring to combine everything well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
