Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 150 grams
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Soy sauce (kosher) - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (kosher) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender but still crisp.
  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet, then add the cooked noodles and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
