- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- 1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1/2 cm thick.
- 2. In a mortar and pestle, crush the black peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorns until coarsely ground.
- 3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and the crushed peppercorns. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 4. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 6. Once heated, remove the beef from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Grill the beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
