- Water - 60 ml

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot, zucchini, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
