  • Cooked Peking duck, shredded - 150g

  • Spring onions, thinly sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50g
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced - 50g
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100g
  • Fresh cilantro leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Spread the hoisin sauce evenly over the whole wheat pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Evenly distribute the shredded Peking duck over the hoisin sauce.
  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper and cucumber on top of the duck.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
