  • Cilantro - a handful, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and minced garlic to create the peanut sauce.
  4. Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
