Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 300 grams
  • Peanut butter - 3 tablespoons

  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Vegetable oil - for grilling

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
