Steps
- Preheat a pan over medium heat and dry roast the raw peanuts until golden brown, stirring frequently, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, honey, and salt. Stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
