Steps

  1. Soak the peach gum in water for 4-6 hours or overnight until it expands and softens.
  2. Rinse the soaked peach gum under cold water and set aside.
  3. In a pot, combine 500 ml of water, the soaked peach gum, rock sugar, and pandan leaves.
