- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Begin by making the cauliflower crust: steam the cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes until tender, then let them cool.
- Once cooled, pulse the steamed cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Transfer the cauliflower rice to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower rice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
