- Cauliflower - 300 grams

- Green bell pepper - 50 grams, diced

- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1, beaten

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Steam the florets for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Once steamed, let the cauliflower cool slightly, then blend it in a food processor until it resembles rice or fine crumbs.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, beaten egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper to form the crust mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- While the crust is baking, heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in coconut aminos, diced bell pepper, and shredded carrot, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and top it with the ginger beef mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
