  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground pork - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili paste - 1 teaspoon (adjust for spice preference)
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, egg, olive oil, and sea salt to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a circular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground pork, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onion to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Stir in coconut aminos, sesame oil, and chili paste, mixing well to combine, then remove from heat.
  8. Once the crust is baked, spread the pork mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
