Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooked char siu pork - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten it into a pizza shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Transfer the pizza crust on the parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. While the crust is baking, prepare the topping by mixing the cooked char siu with coconut aminos and sesame oil in a bowl.
  8. After 10 minutes, remove the crust from the oven and layer the char siu mixture evenly over the crust.
  9. Add sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions on top of the char siu.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the toppings are heated through and the edges of the crust are golden.
  11. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
