- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse the riced cauliflower until it resembles fine grains, then transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and melted coconut oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
