Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced

  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon, melted
  • Chicken breast - 150 grams, cooked and shredded
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the riced cauliflower until it resembles fine grains, then transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and melted coconut oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
