Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Cauliflower rice - 100 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, almond flour, chopped green onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut aminos, cauliflower rice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, scoop about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture into the skillet, flattening it into a pancake shape.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until fully cooked through. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil as needed.
  4. Serve the pancakes warm, garnished with additional chopped green onion if desired.
