- Beef broth - 600ml

- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Spring onions (sliced) - 2
- Carrot (julienned) - 1 small
- Bok choy (chopped) - 100g
- Coriander (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pot and cook until browned, around 3-4 minutes.
