- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves (large, for wrapping) - 4 leaves
- Cucumber (thinly sliced) - 100 grams
- Carrot (julienned) - 50 grams
- Cilantro (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Red chili (sliced, optional) - 1
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, coconut aminos, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, form the beef mixture into 2 patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the vegetable wraps. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, and set them aside.
- Once the patties are done, assemble the burgers by placing one patty on each lettuce leaf. Top with sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, chopped cilantro, and optional sliced red chili.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling to create a burger shape. Serve immediately while warm.
