- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges - 2 (for serving)

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, minced ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
