- Fresh wheat noodles - 200 grams

- Spring onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Chinese five-spice powder - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Beef or lamb stock - 500 ml
- Chili flakes (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Coriander leaves, for garnish - a handful
Steps
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add diced lamb and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

- Once the lamb is tender, adjust seasoning with salt and chili flakes if desired, then stir in chopped spring onions.
