  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
