- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Ningxia wolfberries (goji berries) - 30 grams
- Soy sauce - 15 milliliters
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 small
- Red onion (sliced) - 1 small
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5-7 minutes).
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes or until doubled in size.
- While the dough is rising, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in the Ningxia wolfberries and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a thin circle (about 30 cm in diameter). Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the dough, then top with bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle chili flakes and chopped cilantro over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
