- Water - 80 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Cooked minced pork (optional) - 50 grams
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Peel and cube the sweet potato, then steam until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the steamed sweet potato and let it cool slightly.
- Add gluten-free flour, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the mashed sweet potato. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth. Divide into two equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a circle about 1 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place one rolled-out dough in the skillet.
- Spread half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked minced pork (if using), and chopped green onions on top of the dough.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat the same process for the second dough portion.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving and enjoy!
