  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced carrots and mushrooms to the pot, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Stir in the chopped napa cabbage, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
