Ingredients
- Water - 500 ml
- Black tea leaves - 2 tsp
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Honey - 1 tbsp (optional)
- Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- Sea salt - a pinch
Steps
- Boil 500 ml of water in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tsp of black tea leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a separate container to remove the leaves.
- In the same saucepan, add 200 ml of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of honey (if using), 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring gently until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the warm tea with the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
- Serve hot in cups and enjoy your Paleo Nai Cha.
