Ingredients

  • Water - 500 ml
  • Black tea leaves - 2 tsp
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Honey - 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Boil 500 ml of water in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tsp of black tea leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a separate container to remove the leaves.
  4. In the same saucepan, add 200 ml of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of honey (if using), 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring gently until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine the warm tea with the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
  7. Serve hot in cups and enjoy your Paleo Nai Cha.
