- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add sliced shiitake and button mushrooms to the pot, cooking for about 5 minutes until they soften.
