  • Almond flour - 100g

  • Button mushrooms - 150g, sliced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and oregano. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and firm.
