- Button mushrooms - 150g, sliced
- Green onion - 2, chopped

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and oregano. Mix until a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and firm.
