Steps
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

- Pour in the soy sauce and vegetable broth, mixing well to combine.
- Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the pan, tossing to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Season with black pepper to taste and remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.
