Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms - 200 grams, sliced
  • Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed

  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and release their moisture.
