Ingredients

  • Mung bean sprouts - 200 grams

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the skillet, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
