  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves (butter or romaine) - 4 large

Steps

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add diced chicken breast to the pan, cooking until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and shredded cabbage, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
