  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Sliced cucumber - 1/2 cucumber
  • Sriracha sauce - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chopped green onions, cilantro, sesame oil, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
