Steps
- Slice the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water to create a slurry.
- Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
