  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 3, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Egg noodles (Kosher) - 150 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
