  • Honey - 1 tablespoon (15g)
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  2. In a bowl, mix together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
