Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the golden syrup, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

- Place a ball of red bean paste in the center of each disc and carefully wrap the dough around the filling, sealing it well.
- Shape the mooncake into a round form and place it into the steamer basket.
- Steam the mooncakes over boiling water for 20 minutes, then allow to cool before serving.
