  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss until all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu cubes.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion, cilantro, and black sesame seeds before serving.
