Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss until all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
