- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in 250ml of water for about 20 minutes until they are rehydrated and soft.
- Drain the mushrooms and slice them into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
