Steps
- Soak the dried jellyfish in cold water for about 20 minutes until rehydrated and softened. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili oil to create the marinade.
- Add the rehydrated jellyfish into the marinade, mixing well to ensure it is fully coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
- While the jellyfish is marinating, prepare the cucumber by julienning it and chopping the green onions.
